The user may request that their account be changed or deleted at any time by sending a request to:<br\/>contact@daciadasport.ro<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.2 Customised Products<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NEODACIADA SPORT SRL also produces customised or made-to-order products, in accordance with the specifications provided by the Customer.<br\/><br\/>By confirming the order, the Customer accepts:<br\/>&#8211; the technical specifications;<br\/>&#8211; the dimensions;<br\/>&#8211; the colours;<br\/>&#8211; the materials;<br\/>&#8211; the requested customisations.<br\/><br\/>Customised or made-to-order products:<br\/>&#8211; cannot be returned;<br\/>&#8211; cannot be cancelled once production has begun;<br\/>&#8211; cannot be exchanged, except in cases involving manufacturing defects.<br\/><br\/>Minor differences in shade, finish or dimensions may occur due to the manufacturing process. Production and delivery times for customised products are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of materials.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.3 Invoicing<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> NEODACIADA SPORT SRL issues tax invoices in accordance with current legislation.<br\/><br\/>Invoices are issued for:<br\/>&#8211; private individuals;<br\/>&#8211; legal entities;<br\/>&#8211; public institutions;<br\/>&#8211; other organisations.<br\/><br\/>The tax invoice will be sent in electronic format to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.<br\/><br\/>Orders can be paid by:<br\/>&#8211; bank transfer;<br\/>&#8211; online card payment.<br\/><br\/>Cash payment is not accepted.<br\/>The Customer is required to provide correct and complete details for invoicing. For orders placed by public institutions or legal entities, different contractual conditions and payment terms may apply, as set out in the offer, contract or accepted order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.4 Delivery and Shipping<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products sold by NEODACIADA SPORT SRL are delivered by:<br\/>&#8211; courier companies;<br\/>&#8211; palletised freight;<br\/>&#8211; our own transport, where applicable.<br\/><br\/>Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:<br\/>&#8211; product availability;<br\/>&#8211; production time;<br\/>&#8211; order volume;<br\/>&#8211; transport conditions;<br\/>&#8211; delivery location.<br\/><br\/>Customised or made-to-order products may have delivery times that differ from standard products. The Customer is required to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any damage or non-conformity within a reasonable time of delivery. For certain bulky or technical products, delivery may require special handling and transport conditions. Warranties<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-11daaa42\">Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions communicated by the manufacturer or the Seller.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9b940b64\">The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ed5b8fa5\">* improper use;<br\/>* faulty installation carried out by third parties;<br\/>* mechanical damage;<br\/>* normal wear and tear;<br\/>* use not in accordance with the instructions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b479f064\">13.
